TEDOM diesel engines for railway applications are available in standard vertical as well as in horizontal versions.

Horizontal engines are due to total high around 700 mm very suitable for under floor installations.

TEDOM engines could be used in new vehicles as well as for re-motorization of existing vehicles like:

•DMUs

•Smaller siding or shunting locomotives

•Draisines

•Special rail-maintenance and construction machines like packers etc.

TRAIN engines comply with the requirements of the UIC III.B railway standard.
